IDEAS AT CROW’S THEATRE is a five-part talk series in collaboration with CBC Radio IDEAS and inspired by plays in the Crow’s Theatre 2024/2025 season.
This series is a forum for artists and scholars to explore the ideas that animate great art and the crucial questions that shape our world, and for audiences to engage directly with the pressing questions of our time.
Each IDEAS AT CROW’S THEATRE event is a 45-minute onstage talk followed by an interview conducted by IDEAS host Nahlah Ayed. Each event is FREE to attend, but should be booked in advance, and will be recorded for later broadcast on IDEAS.
PLEASE NOTE: The free ticket is for the talk series only and is available to anyone who wishes to participate. A separate ticket must be purchased for each play performance in order to attend the show as well.

Performance Notes
There's No Place like Home
Behind the idea of housing, for Leilani Farha, is the idea of home- a "configuration of spaces" with many roles, social and emotional, that play an important role in making us the people we are. But for people to create homes, they need housing- and we all need a better understanding of the relation between the two.
